SWEET EATS Put your heart in hand
with this treat. Start with a box of
chocolate wafer cookies. Place a heart-
shape mylar stencil on the cookie,
then “paint” the exposed surface with
a thin layer of piping gel, using a small
paintbrush. Dust the gel with edible
glitter. (Find gel and glitter at a baking
supply store or wilton.com.)
